Apart from times of code switching to flex her muscle, adding slogan , one of the clues is that the it focus on her job for over one minute on a 2 mins 40s length video. The picture I uploaded speak all.Louise tries to use societal Bilingualism against Professionalism  of Kelly.

All of the above video reaffirmed how to use Bilingual features to make a fortune.
some may argue that, the clip from Kelly was peppered by TVB pearl and has nothing to do with the institution. Nonetheless, the action that the video was posted on its websites exposed the attempt of using the clip as an advertisement.
